🌿 COLD PRESSED

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Olio Colle" 100% Italian cold pressed expresses aromatic notes typical of fresh oil mill with light hints of fruitiness, while maintaining a sweet and delicate tone, appreciated by most palates.

The color is yellow-green with golden reflections. Its neutrality and contained acidity make it highly digestible.

Olio Colle is ideal for use on the table for very refined raw condiments or on freshly caught fish.

🌿 THE PACKAGING

All our packages are hand bottled and labelled.

The can has the peculiarity of protecting the oil itself from light in order to avoid altering its quality.

The packages are provided with an internal analysis certificate which shows the exact level of acidity, the value of peroxides and the spectrophotometric examination which certifies the genuineness and freshness of the product.

N.B.: *During the harvest in the months of October, November and December each year, only and exclusively NOVELLO Extra Virgin Olive Oil will be bottled and therefore subjected to a light natural settling in the bottom of each bottle. It is therefore advisable to shake the package at least once a week to prevent the small particles of vegetation water from settling. Avoid exposing the oil without its casing to light in order to avoid altering its characteristics.
